Shipping policy

Shipping Every order is prepared and dispatched either the same day or the next business day, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Although delivery times may vary depending on your location, most parcels arrive within 5–8 working days.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please note that some carriers do not scan parcels at every stop, which may result in tracking updates appearing with a slight delay. If you have not received your shipping confirmation email, feel free to contact us — we'll be happy to resend it.
